TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
Effective Date: October 2, 2025
Business Name: Bougie Black Girls LLC (hereinafter, “BBG,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Bougie Black Girls LLC and the individual enrolling in the membership (“Member,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in the BBG Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Membership Benefits and Programs
1.1 BBG is a private membership community providing curated luxury experiences, sisterhood-based events, and global travel opportunities for professional Black women.
1.2 Membership tiers may include, but are not limited to:
(a) Sisterhood Circle – Virtual access to the BBG community, workshops, and monthly connection calls.
(b) Local Circle – Includes Sisterhood Circle benefits plus in-person events in select cities.
(c) Global Circle – Includes 1–2 curated international trips annually, access to member pricing, and all lower-tier benefits.
(d) Executive Circle (Invite-Only) – Includes premium retreats, executive-level networking, and leadership experiences.
1.3 Membership benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Membership fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, at the rate selected at enrollment.
2.2 Promotional or discounted rates apply only for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Thereafter, standard billing resumes.
2.3 All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.4 You authorize the Company to automatically charge your designated payment method until cancellation pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement.
3. Cancellation of Membership
3.1 You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
3.2 Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any prior payments.
3.3 Upon cancellation, all membership benefits, access to the BBG platform, events, and community will be revoked immediately.
4. Missed Payments
4.1 If a payment attempt fails, Stripe will retry once per day for three (3) consecutive days.
4.2 If payment remains unsuccessful after three (3) attempts, membership will be terminated, and all benefits revoked.
4.3 You may update your billing information at any time via Stripe to reinstate access.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation, lack of use, or change of mind.
6. Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property
6.1 As a condition of membership, you may be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”).
6.2 All content, including digital resources, frameworks, itineraries, event materials, and branding, are the sole property of BBG and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
6.3 You shall not copy, share, distribute, or repurpose any BBG materials for personal or commercial use.
6.4 Any violation of this provision shall result in:
(a) Immediate termination of membership without refund;
(b) A liquidated damages penalty of $5,000 per violation; and
(c) Potential legal action for additional damages.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
7.1 By enrolling, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider for any reason.
7.2 In the event of a chargeback:
(a) Your membership will be permanently revoked;
(b) You will be charged a $1,500 administrative fee; and
(c) The Company may pursue legal action to recover costs, fees, and damages.
8. Trips, Events, and Retreats
8.1 Certain membership tiers may include trips and events, while others grant access at members-only pricing.
8.2 Trips and events are subject to separate Terms & Conditions governing travel logistics, cancellations, liability waivers, and rooming policies.
8.3 The Company is not responsible for disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties or force majeure events (e.g., weather, airline cancellations, strikes).
9. No Guarantee of Results
9.1 The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, personal development, financial improvement, or professional advancement.
9.2 Your experience depends on your participation, engagement, and effort.
10. Member Conduct
10.1 The BBG community is a sacred space for Black women rooted in luxury, safety, and sisterhood.
10.2 Members shall at all times conduct themselves respectfully, professionally, and in alignment with community standards.
10.3 Negative, defamatory, or disruptive conduct toward the Company, its members, or its founder shall result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may subject the offending Member to legal action.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in New York County, New York, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Entire Agreement
12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to membership.
12.2 No waiver, modification, or amendment shall be valid unless made in writing and executed by both parties.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing your membership purchase, you acknowledge and affirm that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions;
You understand that all sales are final;
You waive the right to chargebacks or disputes; and
You agree to comply with the confidentiality, intellectual property, and conduct provisions herein.

1.1 All Sales Final. All payments made to BBG or LTP are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Membership fees (monthly, annual, founding, promotional, or otherwise)
Deposits, progress payments, and balances for trips and retreats
Event tickets, workshops, or other experiences
Digital products, courses, or resources
Physical merchandise or gift items
1.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
You will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction.
Payments may not be transferred to another person, trip, retreat, event, or membership.
2. CHARGEBACKS
2.1 By purchasing, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
2.2 Any attempted chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract and will result in:
Immediate and permanent removal from all BBG and LTP programs
A $1,500 administrative fee
Legal action to recover costs, fees, and damages
3. EXCEPTIONS
3.1 Travel Insurance. Passengers are strongly encouraged to purchase third-party travel insurance. Any reimbursements for covered events will be handled directly by the insurance provider, subject to their terms and approval. BBG and LTP do not control or guarantee insurance outcomes.
3.2 Force Majeure. In the event of force majeure (e.g., pandemics, acts of God, government restrictions, war, or natural disasters), refunds are not available. Remedies, if any, are limited to credits, postponements, or rebooking at supplier discretion only.
4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing your purchase, you affirm that you:
